目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术对胸骨细微骨折诊断价值。方法搜集经16层螺旋CT常规胸部容积扫描诊断的胸骨细微骨折69例,利用工作站进行图像后处理,选用多种后处理技术,即多平面重建(MIR)、容积再现法(VR)等重组观察,并与CT横断图像进行比较。结果69例胸骨细微骨折中,横断骨折为48例(占69.6%),斜行骨折12例(占17.4%),不全性骨折9例(占13.0%)。矢状位MPR图像对胸骨细微骨折显示率为100%,冠状位显示率为84.1%,横断位显示率为62.3%。结论 MSCT的后处理技术图像可以准确地检出胸骨细微骨折,明显优于横断面图像,尤其是矢状位MPR图像可以避免胸骨细微骨折的漏诊。
目的:探討多層螺鏇CT(MSCT)後處理技術對胸骨細微骨摺診斷價值。方法搜集經16層螺鏇CT常規胸部容積掃描診斷的胸骨細微骨摺69例,利用工作站進行圖像後處理,選用多種後處理技術,即多平麵重建(MIR)、容積再現法(VR)等重組觀察,併與CT橫斷圖像進行比較。結果69例胸骨細微骨摺中,橫斷骨摺為48例(佔69.6%),斜行骨摺12例(佔17.4%),不全性骨摺9例(佔13.0%)。矢狀位MPR圖像對胸骨細微骨摺顯示率為100%,冠狀位顯示率為84.1%,橫斷位顯示率為62.3%。結論 MSCT的後處理技術圖像可以準確地檢齣胸骨細微骨摺,明顯優于橫斷麵圖像,尤其是矢狀位MPR圖像可以避免胸骨細微骨摺的漏診。
목적:탐토다층라선CT(MSCT)후처리기술대흉골세미골절진단개치。방법수집경16층라선CT상규흉부용적소묘진단적흉골세미골절69례,이용공작참진행도상후처리,선용다충후처리기술,즉다평면중건(MIR)、용적재현법(VR)등중조관찰,병여CT횡단도상진행비교。결과69례흉골세미골절중,횡단골절위48례(점69.6%),사행골절12례(점17.4%),불전성골절9례(점13.0%)。시상위MPR도상대흉골세미골절현시솔위100%,관상위현시솔위84.1%,횡단위현시솔위62.3%。결론 MSCT적후처리기술도상가이준학지검출흉골세미골절,명현우우횡단면도상,우기시시상위MPR도상가이피면흉골세미골절적루진。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) post-processing technology in sternum subtle fracture. Methods 69 cases of assternum subtle fracture were routinely chest volume scanned by 16-slice spiral CT. After transferring to workstation, post-processing techniques were used to reconstruction and observed with the comparing with cross-sectional, including multi-planar reconstruction (MIR), volume rendering (VR). Results Among 69 cases of sternal subtle fractures, there were 48 cases(69.6%,48/69) of transverse fracture, 12 cases(17.4%,12/69) of oblique fracture, and 9 cases(13.0%,9/69) of incomplete fracture. It indicated that the percentage of sagittal MPR image displaying on the sternum subtle fracture was 100%, cross-sectional displaying rate was 84.1%, and transverse-bit display rate was 62.3%. Conclusion MSCT post-processing image techniques can accurately detect sternal subtle fracture. It was significantly better than the cross-sectional images, particularly sagittal MPR image can avoid misdiagnosis of sternum subtle fracture.
