目的:探讨单纯髌股关节炎的MRI影像特征,旨在提高对该病诊断的认识。方法回顾性分析33例37个膝关节单纯髌股关节炎的MRI影像资料,观察软骨病灶分布区域、软骨及软骨下骨质形态、信号等影像表现。结果33例37个膝关节中,发生于髌骨外侧面21个,髌骨内侧面3个,髌骨纵脊部3个,外侧滑车面3个,内侧滑车面2个,股骨中央沟2个,混合多发病灶3个。9个仅表现为单纯软骨下骨质骨髓水肿样病变,3个仅表现为单纯软骨下骨质囊肿样病变;25个表现为不同程度软骨损伤同时合并软骨下骨质异常改变。结论 MRI能够清晰显示单纯髌股关节炎软骨及骨质损伤好发部位、范围、程度,对临床诊断和治疗有重要的意义。

목적:탐토단순빈고관절염적MRI영상특정,지재제고대해병진단적인식。방법회고성분석33례37개슬관절단순빈고관절염적MRI영상자료,관찰연골병조분포구역、연골급연골하골질형태、신호등영상표현。결과33례37개슬관절중,발생우빈골외측면21개,빈골내측면3개,빈골종척부3개,외측활차면3개,내측활차면2개,고골중앙구2개,혼합다발병조3개。9개부표현위단순연골하골질골수수종양병변,3개부표현위단순연골하골질낭종양병변;25개표현위불동정도연골손상동시합병연골하골질이상개변。결론 MRI능구청석현시단순빈고관절염연골급골질손상호발부위、범위、정도,대림상진단화치료유중요적의의。
Objective To investigate the MRI imaging feature of simple patellofemoral arthritis, in order to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods The MRI image feature of 37 simple patellofemoral arthritis of knee joint in 33 cases were retrospectively analyzed, including cartilage lesion distribution area, cartilage and subchondral bone morphology, signal feature, etc. Results In 37 knee joint of 33 cases, 21 occurred in patellar lateral, 3 of patellar medial surface, 3l of longitudinal ridges, 3 of trochlea lateral, 2 of trochlea medial surface, 2 of the central sulcus of the femur, 3 of mixed multiple lesions. 9 just display as simple subchondral bone marrow edema lesions, 3 display as simple subchondral bone cyst lesions; 25 display as different degrees of cartilage injury and abnormal changes of merging the subchondral bone. Conclusions MRI can clearly show the simple patellofemoral osteoarthritis cartilage and bone damage good location, range, degree, have important significance on clinical diagnosis and treatment.
