目的:探讨前列腺癌CT多期增强特征与血清PSA的相关性,以分析其诊断前列腺癌的价值。方法选择97例前列腺癌患者进行CT检查,观察其CT多期增强特征,同时检测其血清前列腺组织特异性抗原PSA的水平,并比较患者与良性前列腺患增生患者PSA水平的差异,分析前列腺癌CT多期增强特征与血清PSA的相关性。结果经CT检查发现,前列腺癌患者的动态增强开始时间为(37±12)s,早于对照组的(49±14)s;前列腺癌患者的最大信号强度为(146.45±75.21)%,早期强化率为(124.34±84.95)%,两者均高于对照组的(109.11±60.01)%和(75.33±42.46)%。两组患者这三个参数之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。前列腺癌组患者的血清PSA水平为(61.01±45.23)ng/ml,显著高于对照组患者的(9.12±8.67)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌CT多期增强特征与血清PSA的水平呈明显的相关性,这可为前列腺癌的诊断、治疗提供新思路。

목적:탐토전렬선암CT다기증강특정여혈청PSA적상관성,이분석기진단전렬선암적개치。방법선택97례전렬선암환자진행CT검사,관찰기CT다기증강특정,동시검측기혈청전렬선조직특이성항원PSA적수평,병비교환자여량성전렬선환증생환자PSA수평적차이,분석전렬선암CT다기증강특정여혈청PSA적상관성。결과경CT검사발현,전렬선암환자적동태증강개시시간위(37±12)s,조우대조조적(49±14)s;전렬선암환자적최대신호강도위(146.45±75.21)%,조기강화솔위(124.34±84.95)%,량자균고우대조조적(109.11±60.01)%화(75.33±42.46)%。량조환자저삼개삼수지간적차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。전렬선암조환자적혈청PSA수평위(61.01±45.23)ng/ml,현저고우대조조환자적(9.12±8.67)ng/ml,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론전렬선암CT다기증강특정여혈청PSA적수평정명현적상관성,저가위전렬선암적진단、치료제공신사로。
Objective Investigate the characteristics of multi- phase enhanced CT of prostate cancer and its correlation with serum PSA, in order to analyze the diagnostic value of prostate cancer. Methods A total of 97 patients with prostate cancer underwent CT multi-phase scan, simultaneous detection of prostate-specific antigen in serum PSA levels and compared with patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia patients suffering from differences in PSA levels. prostate cancer CT analysis enhanced features multi-phase correlation with serum PSA. Results The CT dynamic contrast-enhanced start time of prostate cancer was (37±12)s, earlier than the control group (49±14) s;maximum signal strength of prostate cancer was (146.45±75.21)%, early strengthening was (124.34±84.95)%, both higher than the (109.11±60.01)% and (75.33±42.46)%, there were statistically significant (P<0.05). Prostate cancer patients with serum PSA level was (61.01±45.23) ng/ml, was significantly higher in patients (9.12±8.67) ng/ml, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The multi-phase enhanced CT prostate cancer characteristics and serum PSA levels were significantly correlated, which provided new ideas for the future diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
