目的：研究CT鉴别急性胆囊炎与胆囊癌的诊断价值，为临床确诊提供准确依据。方法回顾性分析我院2010年8月-2014年8月期间收治的32例急性胆囊炎与32例胆囊癌患者的CT资料，对两组患者的病变强化特征、胆囊粘膜线完整性、胆囊壁增厚的情况、胆道梗阻平面及胆囊与周围组织的结构关系进行观察分析。结果胆囊炎与胆囊癌患者的胆囊壁厚度比较、胆囊粘膜线、胆囊轮廓、高位胆道梗阻情况比较P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用螺旋CT对急性胆囊炎与胆囊癌患者的术前诊断具有重要的价值，可在临床上推广并使用。
목적：연구CT감별급성담낭염여담낭암적진단개치，위림상학진제공준학의거。방법회고성분석아원2010년8월-2014년8월기간수치적32례급성담낭염여32례담낭암환자적CT자료，대량조환자적병변강화특정、담낭점막선완정성、담낭벽증후적정황、담도경조평면급담낭여주위조직적결구관계진행관찰분석。결과담낭염여담낭암환자적담낭벽후도비교、담낭점막선、담낭륜곽、고위담도경조정황비교P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론채용라선CT대급성담낭염여담낭암환자적술전진단구유중요적개치，가재림상상추엄병사용。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT in identifying acute cholecystitis and gallbladder carcinoma, providing accurate basis for clinically affirmative diagnosis. Methods CT data for 32 patients with acute cholecystitis and 32 patients with gallbladder carcinoma admitted by this hospital during the period from August, 2010 to August 2014 was retrospectively analyzed, characteristics of intensified lesion, integrity of gallbladder mucosa line, thickening of gallbladder wall, and constructional relations between plane of biliary obstruction and gallbladder and surrounding tissues were observed and analyzed. Results The comparison in gallbladder wall thickness of patients with cholecystitis and gallbladder carcinoma, gallbladder mucosa line, gallbladder profile, and details of upper biliary obstruction hit P < 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The application of spiral CT on preoperative diagnosis for patients with acute cholecystitis and gallbladder carcinoma has important value. Being worthy of promotion and use in clinical practices.
