研制一套小型热噪声试验装置,开展单一噪声环境、单一热环境、热噪声复合环境施加能力的试验验证,结果表明该装置可实现试验件表面同侧热环境超过600℃、噪声环境超过165 dB的联合施加,可为大型热噪声试验系统研制、热结构设计、试验方案确定等提供技术支撑。
研製一套小型熱譟聲試驗裝置,開展單一譟聲環境、單一熱環境、熱譟聲複閤環境施加能力的試驗驗證,結果錶明該裝置可實現試驗件錶麵同側熱環境超過600℃、譟聲環境超過165 dB的聯閤施加,可為大型熱譟聲試驗繫統研製、熱結構設計、試驗方案確定等提供技術支撐。
연제일투소형열조성시험장치,개전단일조성배경、단일열배경、열조성복합배경시가능력적시험험증,결과표명해장치가실현시험건표면동측열배경초과600℃、조성배경초과165 dB적연합시가,가위대형열조성시험계통연제、열결구설계、시험방안학정등제공기술지탱。
One scaled thermal acoustic test apparatus is researched and established. Then, capability verification tests of the single acoustic, the single thermal, and combined thermal and acoustic environments are executed. Results show that the test sample can be applied with 600℃ thermal and 165dB acoustic loads at the same time. It will provide technical supports for the establishment of full scaled apparatus, thermal structure designs and test procedures.
