根据发射平台使用性能的特点，基于层次分析法，构建发射平台递阶层次结构模型，建立发射平台性能指标评价体系；应用多属性效用理论建立发射平台总体方案的效能评价模型；将层次分析法与多属性效用理论相结合，对3种类型发射平台的总效能进行了评价对比。结果表明，该评价方法能为发射平台选优决策提供重要的依据。
根據髮射平檯使用性能的特點，基于層次分析法，構建髮射平檯遞階層次結構模型，建立髮射平檯性能指標評價體繫；應用多屬性效用理論建立髮射平檯總體方案的效能評價模型；將層次分析法與多屬性效用理論相結閤，對3種類型髮射平檯的總效能進行瞭評價對比。結果錶明，該評價方法能為髮射平檯選優決策提供重要的依據。

Considering the characteristics of launching platform,an overall evaluation hierarchy model of launching platform is established using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and an overall efficiency evaluation model of launching platform are established using Multi-attribute Utility Theory(MAUT);by combining AHP and MAUT,the overall performances of three kinds of launching platform are evaluated and compared. The results show that the described method can provide an important scientific basis for decision on launching platform choosing.
