为了研究车载同心筒结构对导弹点火时筒口流场的影响,采用11组分12步H2/CO化学反应动力学模型,对导弹自力发射点火阶段燃气流场进行数值研究。研究了燃气组分发生化学反应对同心筒筒口流场的影响,结果表明研究筒口流场时需要考虑燃气射流组分的二次燃烧,研究了外筒高度和内筒尾部收敛角对筒口流场的影响,结果表明降低外筒高度、增加内筒尾部收敛角均能够减小燃气流对导弹顶部的热冲击。

To study the influencing factors of tube-outlet flow field for vehicular concentric canister launcher (CCL), a 12-step chemical reactions model of H2/CO with 11 constituents was adopted to simulate flow field of missile launch at firing. The comparison with related experiment data proved that the numerical method was reliable. Study of influence of jet flow chemical reaction on outer tube flow field showed that the secondary combustion of jet flow species should be considered. The influences of the height of outer cylinder and tail convergence angle at the end of inner tube were studied. The results show that reducing height of outer cylinder, and adding adapter tail convergence angle can reduce the thermal impact on missile top.
