目的:比较四种稀释液对高浓度血清β- HCG 稀释检测的影响,探讨电化学发光免疫分析时高浓度血清β- HCG 稀释检测的最佳稀释液。方法收集 l 例高值β- HCG 血清标本,分别用 HCG 稀释液、零值血清、生理盐水和蒸馏水进行稀释。稀释后测定结果与理论值进行相对偏差比较,并进行相关性分析。结果零值血清相对偏差最小。相关性最好:HCG 稀释液次之,生理盐水尚可,蒸馏水相对偏差最大。结论为保证检测结果的准确性,对高浓度β- HCG 样本稀释检测最好采用零值血清作为稀释介质,其次可以考虑用 HCG 稀释液和生理盐水,不宜使用蒸馏水作为稀释介质。

목적:비교사충희석액대고농도혈청β- HCG 희석검측적영향,탐토전화학발광면역분석시고농도혈청β- HCG 희석검측적최가희석액。방법수집 l 례고치β- HCG 혈청표본,분별용 HCG 희석액、령치혈청、생리염수화증류수진행희석。희석후측정결과여이론치진행상대편차비교,병진행상관성분석。결과령치혈청상대편차최소。상관성최호:HCG 희석액차지,생리염수상가,증류수상대편차최대。결론위보증검측결과적준학성,대고농도β- HCG 양본희석검측최호채용령치혈청작위희석개질,기차가이고필용 HCG 희석액화생리염수,불의사용증류수작위희석개질。
Objective:To investigate the effects of four different diluents on the detection of β - HCG and find out the most effective diluents to detected the high concentrations of β - HCG via electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Meth-ods:One ml blood sample with high concentrations of β - HCG was collected and diluted with HCG dilution,blank serum, normal saline and water. Then the results of analysis was compared with the actual value. Results:Diluted with blank ser-um had the least relative deviation and greatest correlation,followed by HCG dilution,normal saline and water. Conclu-sions:Blank serum should be used in order to get the accurate data when detection of β - HCG in human serum with high concentrations. HCG dilution and normal saline could also be used for the detection but the water should be avoided.
