目的:探讨泰山赤灵芝对大强度重复运动(力竭运动)后大鼠骨骼肌微损伤的修复及保护作用。方法成年雄性 SD 大鼠52只,随机分为2组:对照组、实验组。重复运动的动物模型构建:大鼠在跑台上进行下坡跑,速度18 m/ min,坡度-16度,大强度重复运动(力竭运动)。设立实验组(喂养泰山赤灵芝水煎液)、对照组,进行同样的重复力竭运动,在同一时间点分别对对照组、实验组在大强度重复运动(力竭运动)后取股四头肌,同时对实验组大鼠进行治疗量泰山赤灵芝喂养,考察该药对大强度重复运动下大鼠骨骼肌微损伤的修复及保护作用,观察对照组、实验组大强度运动(重复运动)下大鼠骨骼肌超微结构变异进行研究。结果补充泰山赤灵芝后重复运动训练下大鼠骨骼肌超微结构变异研究表明:利用透射电镜对补充泰山赤灵芝后大鼠进行相同的大强度重复运动(力竭运动)后,该过程中骨骼肌超微结构变化程度看出大鼠股四头肌的微损伤有显著改善,但是仍表现为肌原纤维排列不规则,肌节不完整,Z 线变细,肌丝卷曲等。结论大强度运动下骨骼肌超微结构图谱变异与骨骼肌微损伤或者疲劳存在一定的适应性机制,同时对补充泰山赤灵芝过程中可带来一定的修复机制,泰山赤灵芝对重复运动后骨骼肌超微结构具有保护作用。

목적:탐토태산적령지대대강도중복운동(력갈운동)후대서골격기미손상적수복급보호작용。방법성년웅성 SD 대서52지,수궤분위2조:대조조、실험조。중복운동적동물모형구건:대서재포태상진행하파포,속도18 m/ min,파도-16도,대강도중복운동(력갈운동)。설립실험조(위양태산적령지수전액)、대조조,진행동양적중복력갈운동,재동일시간점분별대대조조、실험조재대강도중복운동(력갈운동)후취고사두기,동시대실험조대서진행치료량태산적령지위양,고찰해약대대강도중복운동하대서골격기미손상적수복급보호작용,관찰대조조、실험조대강도운동(중복운동)하대서골격기초미결구변이진행연구。결과보충태산적령지후중복운동훈련하대서골격기초미결구변이연구표명:이용투사전경대보충태산적령지후대서진행상동적대강도중복운동(력갈운동)후,해과정중골격기초미결구변화정도간출대서고사두기적미손상유현저개선,단시잉표현위기원섬유배렬불규칙,기절불완정,Z 선변세,기사권곡등。결론대강도운동하골격기초미결구도보변이여골격기미손상혹자피로존재일정적괄응성궤제,동시대보충태산적령지과정중가대래일정적수복궤제,태산적령지대중복운동후골격기초미결구구유보호작용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the restoration and protection of Taishan Ganoderma after repeated high - intensity exercise(exhaustive exercise)in rat skeletal muscle micro - injury. Methods 52 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group,the experimental group. Construction of an animal model of repetitive mo-tion:bench rats ran downhill run,speed 18m/ min,the slope of - 16 degrees,repeated high - intensity exercise(exhaus-tive exercise). The establishment of the experimental group( fed Taishan Ganoderma lucidum decoction),the control group,and the same is repeated exhaustive exercise of the control group,the experimental group were shares after repeated high - intensity exercise( exhaustive exercise)at the same time point were quadriceps muscle,while the experimental group were treated rats fed the amount of Taishan Ganoderma,restoration and study the protective effect of the drug on rat skeletal micro damage under high - intensity repetitive motion observed in the control group,the experimental group of high- intensity exercise(repetitive movements)Variability in rat skeletal muscle ultrastructure research. Variability of the re-sults of rat skeletal muscle ultrastructure supplement Taishan Ganoderma repeat exercise training studies show that:the use of transmission electron microscopy to complement Taishan Ganoderma same rats after repeated high - intensity exercise (exhaustive exercise)after the process of bone changes seen in rat muscle ultrastructure quadriceps injury significantly im-proved slightly,but still showed myofibrils irregular,incomplete sarcomere,Z line thinning filaments curl. Ultrastructural patterns of variation in skeletal muscle and skeletal muscle damage or fatigue micro - adaptive mechanism under certain conclusions high intensity exercise,while the complementary process of Taishan Ganoderma can bring some repair mecha-nisms,Taishan Ganoderma bone after repetitive motion muscle ultrastructure has a protective effect.
