通过温和的等离子体法制备出碳纳米管负载纳米银粒子,并研究了其对大肠杆菌的抑制作用。首先用氧等离子体处理碳纳米管,再将银离子负载在碳纳米管表面上,接着用氢等离子体将负载的银离子还原成纳米银粒子。用TEM和XRD对制备出的银粒子进行表征,研究表明,平均粒径为5nm左右的银粒子负载在碳纳米管表面。对大肠杆菌的抑菌实验表明,Ag-CNTs浓度大于1μg/mL时,对大肠杆菌生长抑制效果明显。
通過溫和的等離子體法製備齣碳納米管負載納米銀粒子,併研究瞭其對大腸桿菌的抑製作用。首先用氧等離子體處理碳納米管,再將銀離子負載在碳納米管錶麵上,接著用氫等離子體將負載的銀離子還原成納米銀粒子。用TEM和XRD對製備齣的銀粒子進行錶徵,研究錶明,平均粒徑為5nm左右的銀粒子負載在碳納米管錶麵。對大腸桿菌的抑菌實驗錶明,Ag-CNTs濃度大于1μg/mL時,對大腸桿菌生長抑製效果明顯。

A kind of mild Plasma has been used to synthesize Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs) supported on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs). First, the O2 plasma was utilized to treatment the surface of CNTs. Then the Ag+were decorated on the O2 plasma functionalized CNTs. At last, the pretreated composites were reduced into AgNPs supported on CNTs through mild H2 plasma.The Transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction indicated that the average size of AgNPs is about 5 nm and supported successfully on CNTs surfaces. Moreover, the antibacterial experiments demonstrated that the prepared Ag-CNTs have effective antibacterial activity against E. coli while concentration higher than 1μg/mL.
