基于2013年BP世界能源统计中关于煤炭、石油、天然气的数据，通过分析发现，世界三大能源产量和消费量都在逐年增加，虽然煤炭增速最快，但前景并不如天然气乐观。中国自身煤炭高产、高消耗导致可开采年限仅为31年，同时能源使用比例严重不平衡，因而改善能源现状，制定能源安全战略刻不容缓。

As the core power of the development of countries, energy is being attached much importance. Understanding the energy situation and development trend about world and china is very important to guarantee energy security. Through the analysis of the data about coal, oil and natural gas from BP Statistical Review of World Energy 2013, the conclusion is that the total production and consumption in the world increase year by year, although the fastest one is coal, but the most promising one is natural gas. The productive life of coal in China is only 31 years because of high yield and consumption. The proportion of energy using is seriously unbalanced. It's time to improve the state of energy and make energy strategies.
