《切韵》是南北朝韵书的集大成者，也是我国现存最早的韵书。文章试从规范语言学角度探讨《切韵》语音性质。从背景因素、规范意识、语音系统等方面略作考察，论证《切韵》具有语音规范性质。

《절운》시남북조운서적집대성자，야시아국현존최조적운서。문장시종규범어언학각도탐토《절운》어음성질。종배경인소、규범의식、어음계통등방면략작고찰，론증《절운》구유어음규범성질。
Qie Yun is an epitome of rhythmic dictionary of the northern and southern dynasties as well as China's earliest existing rhythmic dictionary . The author of this article tries to investigate the nature of Qie Yun's voice from the perspective of specification linguistics . Based on the analysis of background factors and standard consciousness , voice system and so on , the author concludes that Qie Yun is in the nature of phonetic standard .
