成人继续教育师资队伍建设的好坏，直接影响到成人继续教育事业的生存与持续发展。成人继续教育师资队伍方面还存在着年龄结构、知识结构、培养过程等方面的问题和不足。针对这些问题，文章从以激励作为管理手段、树立终身学习的理念、加强校本培训三个方面阐述了如何在现有形势下，加强继续教育师资队伍建设的思路和对策。
成人繼續教育師資隊伍建設的好壞，直接影響到成人繼續教育事業的生存與持續髮展。成人繼續教育師資隊伍方麵還存在著年齡結構、知識結構、培養過程等方麵的問題和不足。針對這些問題，文章從以激勵作為管理手段、樹立終身學習的理唸、加彊校本培訓三箇方麵闡述瞭如何在現有形勢下，加彊繼續教育師資隊伍建設的思路和對策。

The quality of the building of teaching staff of adult continuing education will directly affect the existence and sustainable development of adult continuing education career .There are some problems and shortages of the teaching staff in age structure ,knowledge structure and cultivation process and so on .To solve these problems ,this article discusses the ideas and countermeasures of strengthening the construction of teaching staff of continuing education from the aspects of taking stimulation as man-agement methods ,setting up the conception of lifelong learning and enhancing school based training .
