“以学生为中心”视阈下的高校学生管理，即以学生的学习和发展作为工作的出发点和落脚点，实现从以“崇尚秩序”为中心向以“支撑发展”为中心转变，从“被动应对”向“主动服务”转变，从“空洞口号”向“具体实践”转变，努力构建起适宜学生发展的制度环境，从而更好地促进学生的全面发展。

Within the scope of the“student-centered”educational philosophy ,the administration of student affairs in higher education institutions focuses on the students ’ academic study and personal de-velopment as its ultimate goal .This requires the changes of working ideology from “order advocating”to“development supporting”,from “passive response” to “active service” and from “empty slogan” to“concrete practice” .Great efforts should be paid to the construction of a favorable institutional environ-ment for the purpose of better facilitating the students’ all-round development .
