采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法( ICP-OES)测定汽油中的微量金属元素锰,汽油样品预处理采用湿法消解,并对其条件进行优化。运用正交试验设计法,确立ICP-OES法测汽油中锰元素前处理的最优操作条件,考察了光解时间、灰化温度及灰化时间对测定结果的影响。考察结果表明,影响锰测定的最主要因素为灰化温度,最优操作条件为紫外光解1.5 h,灰化温度300℃,灰化时间1 h,回收率在92~105%之间。最后本研究方法与高效的微波消解法进行比较分析,考察两种方法在样品分析结果上的差异。

Using ICP-OES the trace Manganese in gasoline was determined. Samples were pretreated by wet digestion. By orthogonal experimental methed the optimum operating conditions of the method were established. The influence of photolysising time and ashing conditions were discussed. The results show that the optimum experimental conditions were phoyolysised for 1. 5 h and ashed for 1 h at 300 ℃,the recoveries for the spiked samples ranged from 92~105%. At last, two kinds of methods---wet digestion and microwave digestion analysis samples were com-pared.
