针对环氧树脂防腐涂层对甲醇质量影响尚不明确的情况,以市售环氧富锌底漆、黑色环氧抗静电防腐涂料以及胺类固化的环氧树脂为防腐原料,将甲醇溶液存放于含这些树脂的容器中,利用高锰酸钾试验法和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对甲醇使高锰酸钾溶液褪色的时间和环氧树脂的化学结构进行表征。结果表明,甲醇能够渗入这三种树脂中,使树脂溶胀并溶出胺类固化剂、锌粒子、黑色导电颗粒到甲醇溶液中,导致甲醇溶液受到污染,甲醇质量下降。
針對環氧樹脂防腐塗層對甲醇質量影響尚不明確的情況,以市售環氧富鋅底漆、黑色環氧抗靜電防腐塗料以及胺類固化的環氧樹脂為防腐原料,將甲醇溶液存放于含這些樹脂的容器中,利用高錳痠鉀試驗法和傅裏葉紅外光譜儀(FTIR)對甲醇使高錳痠鉀溶液褪色的時間和環氧樹脂的化學結構進行錶徵。結果錶明,甲醇能夠滲入這三種樹脂中,使樹脂溶脹併溶齣胺類固化劑、鋅粒子、黑色導電顆粒到甲醇溶液中,導緻甲醇溶液受到汙染,甲醇質量下降。

In view of the fact that the influence of epoxy anticorrosion coating to the quality of methanol is unclear, restricting its application in methanol tanks protection, in this paper, the marketable epoxy zinc rich primer, black epoxy antistatic anticorrosive coating and amine cured epoxy resin were prepared as the anticorrosion materials and the methanol solution was immersed in the vessel containing these resins. The fading time of potassium permanganate and the chemical structure of epoxy were characterized by the potassium permanganate test and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) respectively. The results showed that methanol can infiltrate into these resins, make the resins swelling, dissolve the amine curing agent, zinc particles and black conductive particles to the methanol solution, and then lead to the contamination of the methanol solutions and the decline of methanol quality eventually.
