目的：为了客观、量化的评价各针灸疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效，以期为临床提供循证医学依据。方法：通过计算机检索相关文献，然后根据文献纳入和排除标准对文献进行筛选，再对纳入文献进行质量评估和信息及数据提取，最后通过Review Manager5．0版本meta分析软件对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果：通过meta分析所得数据，提示电针疗法与针刺疗法、两种针灸疗法合用与一种针灸疗法、穴位埋线疗法与针刺疗法、针刀疗法与电针疗法、针灸结合饮食控制疗法与单纯饮食控制疗法，治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效差异有统计学意义。穴位埋线疗法与电针疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效差异无统计学意义。结论：电针疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效优于针刺疗法。两种针灸疗法合用治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效优于一种针灸疗法。穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效优于针刺疗法。穴位埋线疗法和电针疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效相当。针刀疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效优于电针疗法。针灸结合饮食控制疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效优于单纯饮食控制疗法。

목적：위료객관、양화적평개각침구요법치료단순성비반증적림상료효，이기위림상제공순증의학의거。방법：통과계산궤검색상관문헌，연후근거문헌납입화배제표준대문헌진행사선，재대납입문헌진행질량평고화신식급수거제취，최후통과Review Manager5．0판본meta분석연건대상관수거진행통계학분석。결과：통과meta분석소득수거，제시전침요법여침자요법、량충침구요법합용여일충침구요법、혈위매선요법여침자요법、침도요법여전침요법、침구결합음식공제요법여단순음식공제요법，치료단순성비반증적림상료효차이유통계학의의。혈위매선요법여전침요법치료단순성비반증적림상료효차이무통계학의의。결론：전침요법치료단순성비반증림상료효우우침자요법。량충침구요법합용치료단순성비반증림상료효우우일충침구요법。혈위매선요법치료단순성비반증림상료효우우침자요법。혈위매선요법화전침요법치료단순성비반증림상료효상당。침도요법치료단순성비반증림상료효우우전침요법。침구결합음식공제요법치료단순성비반증림상료효우우단순음식공제요법。
Objecitve:For an objective, quantitative evaluation of clinically curative effect of each acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on simple obesity in order to provide some practical, evidence-based medicine bases for clinic.Met hods:Retrieve related literature by computer and filter documents based on the inclusion and ex-clusion criteria, then assess the documentation quality and extract information and data, finally statistically ana-lyze the relevant data by the Review Manager5.0 meta analysis software.Results:Through meta analysis of data, it showed electro-acupuncture therapy and acupuncture therapy, two kinds of acupuncture in combination ther-apy and one acupuncture therapy, embedding therapy and acupuncture therapy,needle knife therapy and elec-tro-acupuncture therapy,acupuncture combined with diet control therapy and simple diet control therapy,for the treatment of simple obesity the clinical effect had a statistically significant difference .As to the embedding thera-py and electro-acupuncture therapy, the clinical efficacy of treatment on simple obesity was without statistical-ly significant difference.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture therapy on simple obesity is superior to the acupuncture therapy.The clinical efficacy of two kinds of acupuncture in combination therapy on simple obesity is superior to the one acupuncture therapy.The clinical efficacy of embedding therapy on simple obesity is superior to the acupuncture therapy.The clinical efficacy of embedding therapy on simple obesity is quite equal to the electro-acupuncture therapy.The clinical efficacy of needle knife therapy on simple obesity is superior to the electro-acupuncture therapy.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with diet therapy on simple obesity is better than simple diet therapy.
