目的：观察升清降浊法针刺治疗慢性脑供血不足（ CCCI）患者疗效是否优于西药对照组及对血流速的影响。方法：将50例CCCI患者按随机数表法分成治疗组和对照组，每组25例。治疗组采用升清降浊法针刺治疗，对照组口服尼莫地平治疗，两组均治疗2个疗程，观察两组临床疗效及AVA、MCA、PCA、VA、BA平均血流速。结果：治疗组有效率88％，对照组有效率76％，两组疗效经统计学分析有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），两组TCD检查血流速改善，且治疗组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论：升清降浊法针刺能改善CCCI患者临床症状，且对脑血流速的改善优于西药治疗。
목적：관찰승청강탁법침자치료만성뇌공혈불족（ CCCI）환자료효시부우우서약대조조급대혈류속적영향。방법：장50례CCCI환자안수궤수표법분성치료조화대조조，매조25례。치료조채용승청강탁법침자치료，대조조구복니막지평치료，량조균치료2개료정，관찰량조림상료효급AVA、MCA、PCA、VA、BA평균혈류속。결과：치료조유효솔88％，대조조유효솔76％，량조료효경통계학분석유통계학의의（ P＜0.05），량조TCD검사혈류속개선，차치료조우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（ P ＜0.05）。결론：승청강탁법침자능개선CCCI환자림상증상，차대뇌혈류속적개선우우서약치료。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengqing Jiangzhuo acupuncture therapy on chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency( CCCI) whether it is superior to the control group of western medicine, and in-fluence on the velocity of blood flow.Methods:50 CCCI patients were divided into a treatment group and a con-trol group randomly,with 25 in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated by Shengqing Jian-gzhuo acupuncture therapy, and the control group was by oral administration of Nimodipine,and two groups were treated for 2 courses.Then observe the clinically curative efficacy and blood flow velocity of AVA,MCA,PCA, VA and BA in two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 88%in the treatment group, while the control group was 76%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The two groups had evident im-provements in different degrees of blood flow velocities according to TCD after treatment ( P<0 .05 ) .There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Shengqing Jiangzhuo acu-puncture therapy on improving clinical symptoms and blood flow velocity among CCCI patients is superior to the control group of western medicine.
