目的：观察针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁及对患者神经功能康复的干预作用。方法：将200例PSD患者随机分为两组，针刺组给予醒脑安神通络针法，药物组口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊。治疗8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）、日常生活活动能力量表Barthel指数评定临床疗效，并观察两组不良反应。结果：针刺组总有效率为96％，药物组总有效率为87％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；针刺组在改善患者HAMD、NIHSS、Barthel指数、TESS评分方面显著优于药物组（P＜0．01）。结论：针刺疗法可以有效改善脑卒中后抑郁症状，促进患者神经功能康复，明显提高患者生活质量，副作用少。
목적：관찰침자치료뇌졸중후억욱급대환자신경공능강복적간예작용。방법：장200례PSD환자수궤분위량조，침자조급여성뇌안신통락침법，약물조구복염산불서정효낭。치료8주말채용한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD）、미국국립위생연구원졸중량표（NIHSS）、일상생활활동능역량표Barthel지수평정림상료효，병관찰량조불량반응。결과：침자조총유효솔위96％，약물조총유효솔위87％，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；침자조재개선환자HAMD、NIHSS、Barthel지수、TESS평분방면현저우우약물조（P＜0．01）。결론：침자요법가이유효개선뇌졸중후억욱증상，촉진환자신경공능강복，명현제고환자생활질량，부작용소。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD) and intervention on the rehabilitation of neurological function.Methods:200 cases of PSD patients were random-ly divided into two groups.The acupuncture group was given Xingnao Anshen Tongluo acupuncture therapy,and the drug group was given Fluoxetine Hydrochloride capsules.After 8 weeks'treatment use Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale ( NIHSS), activity of daily living scale Barthel index for the assessment of clinical efficacy, and observe the adverse reactions of two groups.Results:The effective rate of acupuncture group was 96%, and the effective rate of drug group was 87%,and there was a significant difference between two groups ( P<0 .05 );patients in the acupuncture group were improved ac-cording to HAMD, NIHSS, Barthel index, TESS score more significantly than those in the drug group ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy can effectively improve post-stroke depression, promote the recovery of neurological function and improve quality of life among patients, with less side effects.
