全国矿产资源潜力评价项目已完成了25个矿种的潜力预测和评价,运用区域经济价值法对23个矿种进行综合潜力分析。结果表明,中国铁矿潜在经济价值最大,其次是稀土矿,然后是铜矿、金矿。中国辽宁鞍本地区、内蒙古白云鄂博地区、西南三江地区和西藏冈底斯地区多个矿种经济价值巨大,具有巨大的矿产资源经济潜力,应为国家优先部署开发的重点找矿勘查区域。在此基础上,初步筛选了100处多矿种整装勘查建议选区,从中可以优选培育一批近期有望实现找矿重大突破的矿化集中区开展整装勘查,形成一批国家级资源接替基地的雏形,对于完成国家“358”目标、提高国内资源保障能力、实现资源战略接替有重要意义。

Potential resources forecast and assessment of 25 kinds of metals in the Project of National Mineral Resources Assessment have been accomplished. Based on systematic collection of forecast achievements and materials of 23 kinds of metal resources exclud-ing uranium and coal, the authors analyzed resources potential of these 23 kinds of metal resources with the regional value estimating method. The results show that iron has the biggest economic value in China, followed by REE and then copper and gold. The iron concentration area in An-Ben area of Liaoning Province, REE concentration areas in Bayan Obo, southern Three Rivers Region, Southwest China, Gangdise area and Tibet have tremendous economic value with considerable mineral resources potential. These ar-eas can be called mineral economic centers in China and should also be regarded as the most important mineral exploration areas that should enjoy the priority in exploration deployment. 100 polymetallic key geological exploration areas were delineated through siev-ing, where big exploration breakthrough is likely to occur in the nearest future, and resource replacement bases will be formed through better cultivation and optimization. The results achieved by the authors are of great significance for realizing national mineral resource defense strategy and accomplishing the objective of National“358”Exploration.
