讨论了用X射线衍射仪测量普朗克常量的误差来源和改进方法。由于仪器结构和所用透明单晶样品对谱线的展宽效应使不同电压对应的最短波长测量值减小,在计算普朗克常量时应对实验测量的各最短波长进行修正。结果表明用修正的最短波长拟合得到的普朗克常量与理论值基本一致。

The cause of the measurement error and the improved approach for measuring the Planck constant by X-ray diffraction were discussed .The measured minimum wavelength in the X-ray spectra decreased with the rising voltage applied on the X-ray tube ,because of the broadening of the X-ray lines due to the apparatus structure and the transparent single crystal sample used for diffrac-tion ,so that the value of the measured minimum wavelength should be revised before calculating the Planck constant .T he results show ed that the value of the Planck constant calculated using the revised data was consistent with the theoretical value .
