为解决继电保护及故障信息系统(简称保信系统)在运行实践中存在的问题,依托某电网公司保信系统的结构和管理模式,给出了其主站和子站的连接方式,阐述了其结构和功能。分析了该系统在硬件、安装调试、验收、运行维护等方面存在的问题,给出了相应解决方案并展望了其技术和应用管理发展前景。

In order to solve the problems existing in relay protection and operation practice of fault information system (simplified as PI system), based on a certain power grid company PI system’s structure and management mode, this paper gave the connection method be-tween main station and substation and described its structure and function. Analysis was made to the existing problems of the system in hard-ware, installation and commissioning, examination and acceptance, operation and maintenance etc. The corresponding solutions were given. This paper looks forward to its technology application management development prospect.
