Introduction was made to the structure principle of a kind of permanent magnetic operating mechanism. Based on Ansoft soft-ware’s simulation environment, this paper established a simulation model of single winding single stability state permanent magnetic operat-ing mechanism to obtain static and dynamic characteristics of permanent mechanism by solution of electromagnetic and mechanical couplingfield. After comparison between simulation result and actual sample machine test result, the correctness of simulation analysis is verified. The simulation result provides reference for structure design and optimization of permanent magnetic mechanism.
