针对含风电机组的配电网,提出了一种基于ETAP软件的电容器定容选址优化方法,该方法利用遗传算法求解线性规划问题。在仿真过程中将DG视为负荷,提出一种长时间尺度上的“无功静态控制”,实现动态与静态相结合的无功优化,经ETAP仿真计算后,结果显示:所有母线电压得到补偿;在规划期间由于无功损耗的减少使支路输电容量增加并带来了一定的收益,整个配网系统经济效益达到最佳;对于含风电机组的配电网,其无功优化效果更加明显。

Aiming at the distribution network with wind turbines, this paper raised an optimizing method based on ETAP software for ca-pacitor capacity setting and location selection. This method used the genetic algorithm to solve linear planning issues. In the simulation process the distributed power was regarded as load. A long time scale of“reactive static control”was raised to realize dynamic and static combined re-active optimization. The result of ETAP software simulation calculation shows that all the bus bar voltage is compensated, in planning period, due to the reduction of reactive power, the branch power transmission capacity increased, bringing a certain gain, the whole distribution net-work system economic reaches the best, especially for the distribution network with wind turbines, and its reactive optimization effect is more obvious.
