以单层金属薄铝板为研究对象,建立板的三维模型,用Virtual Lab/Acoustic以直接有限元法进行铝板的声振耦合计算,分析金属铝板隔声量频率特性曲线,然后与实验测量数据进行对比分析。特别针对数值模拟计算中模型的几何尺寸和边界条件对板的隔声量频率特性曲线的影响进行了对比分析。研究结果发现,数值计算能够有效地进行金属板的隔声量特性曲线预测,模型的几何尺寸和边界条件在低频条件下对薄板的隔声量有较大的影响。

With single layered thin aluminum plate as the study objective, a three-dimensional model is established to study its acoustic vibration cou-pling with Virtual Lab/Acoustics software, analyzed TL frequency feature curve and compare it with data obtained through actual measurement. The im-pacts of model size and boundary condition in numerical modeling calculation on the TL frequency feature curve are compared and analyzed. The study shows that numerical calculation can effectively predict TL frequency feature curve and model size and boundary condition exert great influence on trans-mission loss under low frequency condition.
