基于大学生游玩欢乐谷排队时间长而导致的影响游玩质量和满意度的问题,本文分别从单个项目排队等待时间和游玩项目数目两个方面建立数学模型,阐述了影响大学生游玩欢乐谷满意度的多方面因素,进而从游客总量、各个项目的客流量以及峰值和均值四个方面分析,最终采用RFID技术提出了限流和错峰分流两个解决方案。

Based on the problem that when col ege students play Shanghai Happy Valley, they would suffer from long time waiting in line, which influences the play quality and satisfaction. In this paper, establish the mathematical models, respectively from the waiting time of individual projects and the number of play projects, and elaborate the various factors which af ect college students’ satisfaction on Shanghai Happy Val ey, and analyse four aspects:the total number of visitors, the passenger flow of each project, peak value and mean value, final y, by RFID technology we reach two solutions of limiting the flow and evacuating tourist flow.
