目的：探讨分化型甲状腺癌患者甲状腺激素替代治疗依从性对甲状腺激素水平和生活质量的影响。方法采用整群抽样方法，对270例抽血进行实验室检查的分化型甲状腺癌患者进行现场调查。采用自行设计的用药自陈式问卷调查、甲状腺激素水平测定、甲状腺功能减退症自测表和SF-36健康调查问卷，通过面对面访谈和获取实验室数据收集资料。结果本组270例患者的甲状腺激素替代治疗服药依从程度为95.2％，其中23％的患者依从性差，依从程度≤90％。服药依从程度影响甲状腺激素水平（ P＜0.05）。服药依从性好的患者较依从性差者在甲状腺功能减退症自测表调查中回答“是”超过5项者所占比例低（ P＜0.05）。服药依从性好的患者在SF-36生活质量各领域得分优于依从程度差的患者（P＜0.05）。结论分化型甲状腺癌患者良好的甲状腺激素替代治疗依从性能稳定甲状腺激素水平和提高生活质量。
목적：탐토분화형갑상선암환자갑상선격소체대치료의종성대갑상선격소수평화생활질량적영향。방법채용정군추양방법，대270례추혈진행실험실검사적분화형갑상선암환자진행현장조사。채용자행설계적용약자진식문권조사、갑상선격소수평측정、갑상선공능감퇴증자측표화SF-36건강조사문권，통과면대면방담화획취실험실수거수집자료。결과본조270례환자적갑상선격소체대치료복약의종정도위95.2％，기중23％적환자의종성차，의종정도≤90％。복약의종정도영향갑상선격소수평（ P＜0.05）。복약의종성호적환자교의종성차자재갑상선공능감퇴증자측표조사중회답“시”초과5항자소점비례저（ P＜0.05）。복약의종성호적환자재SF-36생활질량각영역득분우우의종정도차적환자（P＜0.05）。결론분화형갑상선암환자량호적갑상선격소체대치료의종성능은정갑상선격소수평화제고생활질량。
Objective To study the differentiated thyroid carcinoma replacement therapy compliance on the thy-roid hormone level and quality of life.Methods By using cluster sampling method, field investigation was carried out on 270 patients differentiated thyroid carcinoma.Data were collected through face-to-face interviews and laboratory data were also accessed, including self-designed medication self-report questionnaire, the level of thyroid hormone, hypot-hyroidism self-test table and the SF-36 health survey.Results The thyroid hormone replacement therapy compliance was 95.2%, including 62 cases of patients with poor compliance;which also significantly affected the level of thyroid hor-mone (P<0.05).Significantly lower rate in more than 5 "yes"answers hypothyroidism self-test table was observed in patients with good compliance than those with poor compliance ( P<0.05) .Significant better life quality was revealed in patients with good compliance according to SF-36 scores ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Good treatment compliance of pa-tients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma can stable thyroid hormone level and improve the quality of life.
