为了解决大型城市核心区配电网高可靠性供电问题并提高配电线路利用率,结合近年国内城市配电网的可靠性数据,分析得出若仅依靠配电自动化系统保障供电可靠性,线路上需安装的配电终端数量过多,实际中难以满足。在基本“三双”接线模式基础上发展出了几种能够提高馈线利用效率的高效接线模式,包括差异化“三双”接线、多线互为备用接线和多对线互为备用接线模式,论述了由变电站出线断路器的继电保护和就地备自投装置完成的分布智能控制与由配电自动化系统完成的集中智能控制的协调配合,结合应用场景指出各种接线模式宜结合负荷密度增加和对供电可靠性要求的提高逐步过渡和扩展升级。

To solve the problem of highly reliable service with high efficiency to the core area of large cities,the service reliability is analyzed for the distribution grids with distribution automation systems DAS based on the historical reliability information of the 10 kV urban customers.It is pointed out that the requirement on very high reliability cannot be met merely with DAS.Some topologies with high efficiency are put forward based on the basic three??double connection,such as,the differential three??double connection,three??double topology with multi??feeders back??up for each other and three??double topology with multi??couple of feeders back??up for each other.The approach of coordination between the local control by relay protection and automatic back??up switching and the centralized control by DAS is described.The principle of gradual up??grading with the increase of the load density is discussed as well.
