改革开放以来,我国专业技术人员继续教育、成人教育、自学考试、函授、远程教育、社区教育、职工教育以及扫盲、老年人教育、全民阅读、终身教育等方面的政策法规在制定、修订或废止过程中不断发展和完善,体现了从满足国家需要到关注人的全面发展、从学历补偿到素质提升、从集权管理到简政放权、从分散立法到综合立法、从重城市到面向农村和新型城镇化的价值逻辑。
改革開放以來,我國專業技術人員繼續教育、成人教育、自學攷試、函授、遠程教育、社區教育、職工教育以及掃盲、老年人教育、全民閱讀、終身教育等方麵的政策法規在製定、脩訂或廢止過程中不斷髮展和完善,體現瞭從滿足國傢需要到關註人的全麵髮展、從學歷補償到素質提升、從集權管理到簡政放權、從分散立法到綜閤立法、從重城市到麵嚮農村和新型城鎮化的價值邏輯。
개혁개방이래,아국전업기술인원계속교육、성인교육、자학고시、함수、원정교육、사구교육、직공교육이급소맹、노년인교육、전민열독、종신교육등방면적정책법규재제정、수정혹폐지과정중불단발전화완선,체현료종만족국가수요도관주인적전면발전、종학력보상도소질제승、종집권관리도간정방권、종분산입법도종합입법、종중성시도면향농촌화신형성진화적개치라집。
Since the reform and opening up, China's various types of continuing education at all levels in the formulation of policies and regulations, amendment or repeal of running continuous development and improvement, reflecting the value of the logic for the need to fully meet the country's focus on human development, improve the qualifications of compensation to quality, from centralization management to decentralization, from scattered legislation to comprehensive legislation, severely city to the rural and new urbanization.
