基于农村职业教育发展的内外部环境,我国农村职业教育发展面临如下阻力,一是来自于学校内部教育体制与市场需求的割裂;二是来自于学生从阶层流动角度产生的忧虑;三是社会支撑平台建设滞后。支持其进一步发展的动力有:一是城镇化推进催生的庞大受教育群体;二是产业结构升级引发的技术需求。要将动力因素有效转化为现实推进力,从外部来说政府应继续加强投资、立法及信息平台建设。

According to the interior and exterior circumstance of rural vocational education development,the resistance of rural vocational education development in China are as the follows:first,the separation between internal educational system of schools and market demand; second, students’ anxiousness form the perspective of social strata fluxion; third,the construction of platform for social support is hysteretic. And the motivation for further development of rural vocational education are: first, enormous education groups under urbanization;second,the requirement of industrial structure upgrading. To transform the motivation into practical driving force,government should enhance investment,legislation and construction of informative platform form exterior circumstance,vocational schools should develop feature of connotation,so we can conquer the resistances, arouse the power , accelerate sustainable development of rural vocational education.
