高等职业教育学位授予标准是我国职业教育学位制度的重要组成部分,具有导向功能、规范功能和信号功能。民间样本的工士学位以“三证四合格”为授予标准,为未来国家层面的职业教育学位标准提供了参考。国家制度的高等职业教育学位授予标准设计,应遵循“学生为本,服务需求”、“综合考评,能力为重”、“专业发展,终身学习”的原则,从德、能、智、技四个维度构建指标体系。

As an important part of the system of vocational education degree, the degree-granting standards of higher vocational education has the function of guiding, specification and signal. “Three certificates and four kinds of qualification” is the degree-granting standards in the folk sample of Skilled Degree,which provides a reference at the national level about degree standards. As the national system,the design principles of degree system of higher vocational education should contain student-oriented and requirement-based,comprehensive evaluation and emphasis on capacity, and professional development and lifelong learning. The construction of index system should put emphasis on four dimensions,students’morality,ability,intellect,and skills.
