目的：研究利他林足三里穴位注射对肝癌行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)术后呃逆治疗价值。方法89例肝癌TACE术后呃逆应用屏气、喝水、肌内注射胃复安、口服奋乃静等治疗无效者，应用利他林20 mg双侧足三里穴位注射治疗。结果本组病例痊愈46例，显效19例，有效17例，无效7例，总有效率为92.1%。结论利他林足三里穴位注射治疗肝癌TACE术后呃逆效果满意，而且本法具有起效快、不易复发、操作简便、安全、不良反应少等优点，值得临床推广。
목적：연구이타림족삼리혈위주사대간암행경도관간동맥화료전새술(TACE)술후애역치료개치。방법89례간암TACE술후애역응용병기、갈수、기내주사위복안、구복강내정등치료무효자，응용이타림20 mg쌍측족삼리혈위주사치료。결과본조병례전유46례，현효19례，유효17례，무효7례，총유효솔위92.1%。결론이타림족삼리혈위주사치료간암TACE술후애역효과만의，이차본법구유기효쾌、불역복발、조작간편、안전、불량반응소등우점，치득림상추엄。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Zusanli injection of ritalin in the treatment of hiccup after transhepatic arterial chemotherapy and embolization (TACE) of hepatoma. Methods A total of 89 cases with hiccup after TACE of hepatoma received ineffective breathholding, drinking water, intramuscular injection of metoclopramide, and oral administration of perphenazine. After that, all the cases were treated by Zusanli injection of 20 mg of ritalin. Results There were 46 cured cases,19 cases with remarkable effect, 17 effective cases, and 7 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 92.1%. Conclusion Zusanli injection of ritalin in the treatment of hiccup after TACE of hepatoma is well effective, rapid, not easy to recur, convenient, safe and has few adverse reactions.
