基于社会需求视角对高职学生综合职业素质内涵的界定,选择工科类专业高职毕业生和用人企业为调查对象,采用因子分析方法对调查数据进行定量分析,提炼出以社会环境适应度、职业精神支撑度、职业规划发展度、企业环境融合度和工作岗位胜任度五个维度的高职学生综合职业素质五度模型结构,为高职院校工科类专业职业素质教育的有效开展提供理论支持和实践指导。

From the angle of social needs, this essay discusses and analyzes the connotation of higher vocational college students’ comprehensive professional quality. By taking the engineering graduates of higher vocational college and their employers as the respondents and adopting the factor-analysis measure to conduct the quantitative analysis of the survey data, a five-dimension model structure on higher vocational college students’ comprehensive professional quality has been established, namely, the dimension of social environment fitness, the dimension of professionalism support, the dimension of career planning development, the dimension of enterprise environment fitness and the dimension of job competence, providing the theoretical support and practices guide for engineering majors to carry out a effective professional quality education in higher vocational colleges.
