Internship is the important component of tourism education in university, and evaluation on its effectiveness has great significance to improve internship quality. According to internship purpose, the scientific and reasonable internship effectiveness evaluation index system can be established from the aspects of major cognition, industry cognition, service capabilities and service characters. Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper uses this system to analyze students’ internship, who are from the major of tourism management in one university in Shanghai. It finds that the effectiveness improves students’service capabilities characters, but deceases students’interests on the major and industry. This result provides basis for decision-making to continuously improve internship management.
