John Dewey's education theory of Pragmatism is from the philosophy of pragmatism which emphasize that the life and experience is the soul of education. The three point of view he proposed that"education is growth","education is life", "continuous improvement" has the important enlightenment to the reform of basic education in china. And also play an active role in the student centered teaching concept, personality development of students and students self-study ability.
