养老服务是社会服务重要内容之一，其发展是社会福利发展的重要组成部分。本文结合爱德仁谷养老服务综合项目，借鉴西方福利多元主义理论的启示，介绍了社会工作在爱德仁谷综合养老服务中机构养老、居家养老的实践内容；反映社会工作在养老服务综合项目实践中的困难，并结合项目实践总结经验对策。

Senior Service is one of the most important content in the social services and the significant role in the development of social welfare. The research was combined the multiple programs which was conducted at RenGu , and it was inspired from the Western theory of Welfare Pluralism. Additionally, the two social work services, senior care organization and home care service, were introduced and presented the difficulties in the practical services of comprehensive program. The conclusion and the experiential strategies was also provided in the multiple programs.
