[目的]观察对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人实施优质程序护理的效果。[方法]将接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的120例病人分为观察组与对照组各60例，观察组采用优质程序护理并进行序贯评价，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组病人满意率、手术效果与并发症发生率。[结果]观察组满意率高于对照组(P<0.01)；观察组病人手术效果(手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、疼痛指数)优于对照组(P<0.01)；观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人采用优质程序护理，并对其进行序贯分析评价，可提高手术效果及减少术后并发症。
[목적]관찰대복강경담낭절제술병인실시우질정서호리적효과。[방법]장접수복강경담낭절제술적120례병인분위관찰조여대조조각60례，관찰조채용우질정서호리병진행서관평개，대조조채용상규호리，비교량조병인만의솔、수술효과여병발증발생솔。[결과]관찰조만의솔고우대조조(P<0.01)；관찰조병인수술효과(수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간、동통지수)우우대조조(P<0.01)；관찰조술후병발증발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。[결론]대복강경담낭절제술병인채용우질정서호리，병대기진행서관분석평개，가제고수술효과급감소술후병발증。
Obj ective:To observe the effect of high quality care program for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 120 pa-tients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each.The patients in ob-servation group received high quality care program and sequential evalua-tion,the patients in control group received routine care,then to compare the satisfaction,surgical results and incidence of complications.Results:The satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.01);the effect of surgery for patients in observation group (opera-tive time,blood loss,hospital stay,pain index)was better than that of con-trol group (P<0.01);the incidence of postoperative complications in obser-vation group was less than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality care program for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and sequential analysis and evaluation for them can improve surgical results and reduce postoperative complications.
