[目的]分析简易水床及体位护理对早产儿呼吸暂停的干预效果。[方法]将84例呼吸暂停早产儿随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，对照组给予常规护理和治疗，观察组在常规护理和治疗的基础上应用简易水床及体位护理，对两组早产儿的呼吸暂停消失时间和每天呼吸暂停发作次数进行比较。[结果]观察组早产儿每天呼吸暂停发作次数明显少于对照组、呼吸暂停消失时间明显长于对照组，经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]简易水床及体位护理对早产儿呼吸暂停具有良好的干预效果，能有效减少每天呼吸暂停发作次数、延长呼吸暂停消失时间。

Obj ective:To analyze the intervention effect of simple water bed and postural care for apnea in preterm children.Methods:A total of 84 cases of apnea in preterm children were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group,42 cases in each.Patients in control group received routine care and treatment,besides that patients in ob-servation group used simple waterbed and postural care,then the apnea disappeared time and daily episodes of apnea were compared between two groups of preterm children.Results:apnea episodes per day in pre-term children was in observation group was significantly less than that in control group,apnea disappeared time was significantly longer than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Simple waterbed and postural care have good inter-vention effect for apnea in preterm children,can effectively reduce the number of apnea episodes per day and lengthen the apnea disappeared time.
