    综述了黄酮类化合物常用的提取方法，介绍了表面活性剂的概念以及辅助提取的作用机理，对表面活性剂在不同植物组织中以及与其他方法联用提取黄酮类化合物的应用进行了简述。

    In this paper, extraction methods of flavonoids were summarized. Surfactants and the principle of surfactants assisting extraction are introduced. The application of extracting flavonoids from different plant tissues by surfactants and extracting by surfactant with other extraction methods are introduced.
