目的:探讨大鼠基础痛阈与创伤性应激反应强度的相关性。方法将100只健康成年SD大鼠随机均分为实验组和对照组各50只。实验组测定基础血压、心率和甩尾反应潜伏期( TFL);30 min后采用截肢法建立创伤模型,建模30 min后检测平均血压、心率、TFL及血清去甲肾上腺素( NE)和丙二醛( MDA)水平、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性。对照组不作任何创伤,监测项目及监测时点与实验组相同。采用Pearson相关分析法分析两组基础痛阈(建模前TFL)与建模前后平均动脉压和心率的差值,建模后血清NE和MDA水平、SOD活性的关系。结果两组基础痛阈无显著差异,对照组截肢前后平均动脉压及心率无统计学差异,截肢后实验组平均血压和心率差高于截肢前及对照组(P均<0.05)。实验组截肢后血清NE、MDA水平及SOD活性高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组基础痛阈与截肢前后平均动脉压和心率差值,建模后血清NE、MDA水平量及SOD活性均呈负性相关。结论大鼠基础痛阈与截肢创伤引起的应激反应强度呈负性相关,即基础痛阈越低,创伤性应激反应强度越大。

Objective To investigate the correlation between pain threshold and the intensity of traumatic stress reac-tion in rats.Methods A total of 100 adult SD rats were randomly divided into two groups (50 rats in each group), which were experimental group and control group.Rats in experimental group were measured blood pressure, heart rate and tail-flick latency ( TFL) , then were adopted amputation wound model by the method of amputate after 30 minutes.Thirty mi-nutes later, blood pressure and heart rate were measured again;TFL was tested;serum norepinephrine ( NE) , malondial-dehyde ( MDA) level and superoxide dismutase ( SOD) activity were detected.Rats in control group did not adopt wound model and were tested the same experimental subjects at the same time as experimental group.The correlation between pain threshold and average blood pressure, heart rate changes, correlation between serum NE and MDA content, SOD activity were analyzed by method of Pearson correlation test.Results The difference of pain threshold was not statistically signifi-cant between the two groups.The difference of average blood pressure and heart rate in control group was not significant. The average blood pressure and heart rate after amputation in experimental group were higher than amputation before as well as that in control group (P<0.05).Serum NE, MDA content and SOD activity in experimental group were higher than that in control group (P<0.05).In experimental rats group, pain threshold was negatively correlated with the difference of average blood pressure and heart rate changes before and after amputation.In experimental rats group, serum NE content was negatively correlated with MDA content and SOD activity.Conclusion The pain threshold was negatively correlated with the intensity of traumatic stress reaction, which means the lower pain threshold, the more intensity of traumatic stress reaction.
