鉴于黄淮海麦棉轮作区土层深厚和根茬量大、韧性强的特点,以及免耕播种机作业要求,设计了2 BMMD-4型棉花精量免耕播种机,能一次实现破茬、开沟、防堵、施肥、播种、覆土及镇压等功能。该机具具有独特的苗带清理及作业防堵、播种深度调节以及作业仿形功能。同时,利用SolidWorks 以及ANSYS 软件对2 BMMD-4型免耕播种机的苗带浅旋装置进行了模态分析。结果表明,该机刀轴在设计转速下对应的频率远小于各阶固有频率,不容易发生共振。田间试验表明,该播种机作业性能达到了设计要求。

The paper according to the characteristic of Huang-Huai-hai wheat area , deep soil , large amounts and strong toughness of root stalk , and the requirements of no-tillage plant , a 2 BMMD-4 type cotton no-tillage precision planter was designed .The planter could finish stubble cutting , ditching and fertilizing , seeding , covering and compac-ting,etc.in one pass.It was equiped with unique cleaning and anti blocking function and sowing depth adjustment and profile function .A model analysis of seedling with shallow rotary device of 2 BMMD-4 type no-tillage planter was built by Solidworks and ANSYS softwares .And the model analysis results showed that For the machine , the corresponding fre-quency of cutter shaft with design speed is far less than the natural frequency so that resonance would be less likely .The results of field experiments showed that the properties of the planter fulfil the design requirements basically .
