为了研究整秆式甘蔗收获机内物流排杂运动机理,研制了甘蔗收获机内物流排杂试验台,并利用高速摄像机拍摄了甘蔗与蔗叶在物流通道内的运动全过程,并对图像进行分析。结果表明,甘蔗在物流运动过程中发生弹跳、扭转和弯曲变形,在剥叶运动过程中发生断尾,并且通过排杂装置将蔗叶与甘蔗分离后排出。通过建立甘蔗收获机内各部件元件与甘蔗、蔗叶的简化力学模型,结合甘蔗和蔗叶的力学特性分析了甘蔗和蔗叶在物流通道内的运动机理。甘蔗在物流运动中主要受到的作用力为各部件对甘蔗的轴向力、垂直于甘蔗运动方向的切向力和摩擦力。
為瞭研究整稈式甘蔗收穫機內物流排雜運動機理,研製瞭甘蔗收穫機內物流排雜試驗檯,併利用高速攝像機拍攝瞭甘蔗與蔗葉在物流通道內的運動全過程,併對圖像進行分析。結果錶明,甘蔗在物流運動過程中髮生彈跳、扭轉和彎麯變形,在剝葉運動過程中髮生斷尾,併且通過排雜裝置將蔗葉與甘蔗分離後排齣。通過建立甘蔗收穫機內各部件元件與甘蔗、蔗葉的簡化力學模型,結閤甘蔗和蔗葉的力學特性分析瞭甘蔗和蔗葉在物流通道內的運動機理。甘蔗在物流運動中主要受到的作用力為各部件對甘蔗的軸嚮力、垂直于甘蔗運動方嚮的切嚮力和摩抆力。

In order to study the logistics movement mechanism of the whole stalk sugarcane harvester , developed the test bench on logistics movement of sugarcane harvester , and took sugarcane and sugarcane leaf during the movement within the whole logistics channels by high-speed camera and the image analysis .The results showed that the sugarcane was bounce , torsion and bending deformation in the logistics process of movement , tail-broken occurred in the leaf stripping process of movement , and impurities was separated and removed by the sugarcane impurity removing device .Simplifying the mechanical model of each component was established by the sugarcane harvester element , sugarcane and sugarcane leaves , analyzed of the motion mechanism of sugar cane and sugarcane in the logistics channel with mechanical properties of sugarcane and sugarcane leaves .Force in the logistics movement of sugarcane was mainly affected by the axial force a-long the direction of sugarcane motion , the tangential force of perpendicular to the sugarcane motion direction and fric-tion.
