玉米茎秆打成圆捆后直径与捆绳张力的关系对打捆质量具有较大影响。为此,通过对打捆后的玉米茎秆进行模拟简化,引入基本假设并进行理论分析,建立了成捆直径与捆绳张力的定量关系。同时,选取完熟承玉18号玉米茎秆作为试验材料,对捆扎后不同直径的圆捆进行试验,测量捆绳张力。试验结果表明,随着圆捆直径的增加,捆绳张力呈非线形增大。本试验对玉米秸秆的切断、铺放及捡拾打捆等技术具有现实意义和理论参考价值。
