设计了一种升降式微波土壤处理机,装置中采用微波方法处理土壤。与传统方法相比,其具有无污染、无残留的优点,是一种环境友好的土壤处理方式。升降装置采用 SWL 蜗轮螺杆升降机,可将微波发生与辐射装置插入土壤,装置产生的微波直接对深层的土壤进行作用;土壤温度采用光纤传感器进行测量。温室实验表明,深度为10 cm土壤层的温度上升较高,处理时间越长,土壤温度越高。

This text designed a kind of lifting machine about microwave treatment of soil , it can be used to dispose soil by applying in a physical method of microwave .Compared with the traditional method , it has the advantages of no envi-ronment pollution and non-residue , and is an environment-friendly process of treatment of soil .Lifting part adopt screw worm lifting device , it can put microwave generation and radiation device into the soil , microwave generated by the de-vice can act in the deep soil directly .The soil temperature is measured by fiber optic sensors , and experiments were con-ducted in greenhouse to show that temperature rose higher in the depth of 10 cm soil layer , and the longer processing time, the higher the soil temperature .
