针对目前农业机械受到复杂工况的影响而导致油箱和药箱液位测量不准确与误报率高的缺陷,开发出一套基于组态人机界面的果园机械油量及药量自动监控系统。利用精确度高的液位变送器采集数据,由AVR单片机标定转换,最后在人机界面上实时显示液位值及状态。同时,对液位在不同工况影响下进行试验,得出液位波动规律,设计了一种在多因素复杂工况影响下处理液位信号的数字滤波方法。试验结果表明,此方法是有效可行的。

In view of the present agricultural machinery is affected by the complicated working condition in fuel level and pesticide box measurement is not accurate and the defect of high false alarm rate , this paper developed a set of automatic monitoring system configuration interface mechanical oil and the dosage of orchard .Using high precision liquid level trans-mitter , data gathering by AVR single-chip computer calibration transformation , finally on the man-machine interface real-time display liquid level value and status .In this paper , the liquid level in the experiment under the influence of dif-ferent working conditions , it is concluded that liquid level fluctuation regularity , design factors in a more complex condi-tions under the influence of liquid level signal of digital filter method , the final test shows that this method is effective and feasible .
