以果园风送喷雾机的轴流风机叶片作为研究对象,利用 CAD/CAM 软件 Pro/E 建立叶片三维模型图,考虑几何结构、材料、约束等因素,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench 进行模态有限元分析。分析结果表明:通过轴流风机叶片固有频率与外界的激励频率的校核,叶片有效地避免了共振的发生。轴流叶片的主要振动是弯曲、扭转振动以及两者的融合振动,设计时应加强叶片的弯曲强度。研究结果为提高果园风送喷雾机的性能及风机叶片的设计优化提供了依据。

이과완풍송분무궤적축류풍궤협편작위연구대상,이용 CAD/CAM 연건 Pro/E 건립협편삼유모형도,고필궤하결구、재료、약속등인소,채용유한원분석연건ANSYS Workbench 진행모태유한원분석。분석결과표명:통과축류풍궤협편고유빈솔여외계적격려빈솔적교핵,협편유효지피면료공진적발생。축류협편적주요진동시만곡、뉴전진동이급량자적융합진동,설계시응가강협편적만곡강도。연구결과위제고과완풍송분무궤적성능급풍궤협편적설계우화제공료의거。
Taking Orchard on wind send sprayer axial flow fan blade as the research object , the 3 d model figure of the blade of axial flow fan is established by using the CAD /CAM software Pro/E .Considering the geometric structure , mate-rial, constraint and other factors ,using ANSYS Workbench of finite element analysis make the modal finite element simu-lation for the model .The analysis results show that model is put forward first six order modes and its natural frequency and excitation frequency resonance will not occur .The results show that the main of blade vibration mode is bending vi-bration and torsional vibration and the fusion of the two .when the design should strengthen the bending rigidity of the blade .Results to improve the performance of orchard wind send sprayer and the design of fan blade optimization to pro -vide the basis .
