Objective To study the application of two methods of skin incision protection in abodominal II series surgery, make sure the right use of the two incision protection methods. Methods From Jan.2011 to Oct.2011, 200 patients with abodominal II series surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two experimental groups A and experimental groups B.Cotton skin protection cloth was used in group A, disposable operative membrane was used in group B, each group took incision surface bacterial culture after skin degerming and before suturing abdominal incision. The incision healing condition was observed. Results The positive incidence of incision surface bacterial culture in group A augmented as operation time extended, the positive incidence of incision surface bacterial culture in group B had no conspicuous change as operation time extended. Conclusions In abodominal II series surgery, using different methods of incision pro-tection as operation duration time changing can reduce the infection incidence of incision.
