本文通过对外汉语教师教育改革现状，以及“整合连贯型”教师教育模式对对外汉语人才培养改革的理论指导意义，从课程设置和实施措施两方面提出了人才培养模式的构建及实践中应处理好的关系。

본문통과대외한어교사교육개혁현상，이급“정합련관형”교사교육모식대대외한어인재배양개혁적이론지도의의，종과정설치화실시조시량방면제출료인재배양모식적구건급실천중응처리호적관계。
Departing from the current teaching reform for teachers of Chinese to foreigners,this paper discusses the guiding significance of the theories of“integrated - coherence”teacher - education mode on the education of majors of teaching Chinese to foreigners,then proceeds to suggest some of the relations that deserve proper handling in terms of construction and practice of the graduate - education mode from the perspectives of curricula and implementation measures.
