本文通过对外汉语教师教育改革现状,以及“整合连贯型”教师教育模式对对外汉语人才培养改革的理论指导意义,从课程设置和实施措施两方面提出了人才培养模式的构建及实践中应处理好的关系。

Departing from the current teaching reform for teachers of Chinese to foreigners,this paper discusses the guiding significance of the theories of“integrated - coherence”teacher - education mode on the education of majors of teaching Chinese to foreigners,then proceeds to suggest some of the relations that deserve proper handling in terms of construction and practice of the graduate - education mode from the perspectives of curricula and implementation measures.
