采用 YEP1和 YEP2培养基培养番茄黄化曲叶病毒侵染性克隆 pBinPLUS-1.7A+2β,并用固体菌落、液体菌菌液浓度 OD600≈0.6、液体菌菌液浓度 OD600≈1.0对感病番茄品种 MM、中蔬4号、98-B1在4~6叶苗期进行接种处理。结果显示,2种液体培养基的液体菌菌液浓度为 OD600≈0.6时接种处理发病率较高,并初步确立了无 TY 发病地区侵染性克隆接种鉴定方法。
採用 YEP1和 YEP2培養基培養番茄黃化麯葉病毒侵染性剋隆 pBinPLUS-1.7A+2β,併用固體菌落、液體菌菌液濃度 OD600≈0.6、液體菌菌液濃度 OD600≈1.0對感病番茄品種 MM、中蔬4號、98-B1在4~6葉苗期進行接種處理。結果顯示,2種液體培養基的液體菌菌液濃度為 OD600≈0.6時接種處理髮病率較高,併初步確立瞭無 TY 髮病地區侵染性剋隆接種鑒定方法。
채용 YEP1화 YEP2배양기배양번가황화곡협병독침염성극륭 pBinPLUS-1.7A+2β,병용고체균락、액체균균액농도 OD600≈0.6、액체균균액농도 OD600≈1.0대감병번가품충 MM、중소4호、98-B1재4~6협묘기진행접충처리。결과현시,2충액체배양기적액체균균액농도위 OD600≈0.6시접충처리발병솔교고,병초보학립료무 TY 발병지구침염성극륭접충감정방법。
The pBinPLUS-1.7A+2β was nourished in two species medium, and set up three different treatments respectively, such as colonies, the two concentration of agrobacterium is about OD600≈0.6 or OD600≈1.0. The 4~6 leaves seedlings were inoculated in susceptible tomato varieties MM, Zhongshu 4, and 98-B1 . The results shows that it was higher TY incidence when the two concentration of agrobacterium is about OD600≈0.6 . The techniques of pBinPLUS-1.7A+2β inoculation identification is established preliminarily in the areas, where the TY has not happened.
