为了提高供弹装置各运动构件的可靠性,对某无链供弹装置进行建模进行研究。通过 ADAMS 软件建立无链供弹装置的运动学及动力学方程,以2发弹的仿真曲线为例进行多发炮弹与闭合弹链运动交接的仿真分析,得到弹丸位移、加速度等参数曲线,并通过激光位移传感器进行系统测试。测试结果表明,供弹机构的动态特性明显,对供弹机构可靠性的进一步提高及结构的改进提供了参考。
為瞭提高供彈裝置各運動構件的可靠性,對某無鏈供彈裝置進行建模進行研究。通過 ADAMS 軟件建立無鏈供彈裝置的運動學及動力學方程,以2髮彈的倣真麯線為例進行多髮砲彈與閉閤彈鏈運動交接的倣真分析,得到彈汍位移、加速度等參數麯線,併通過激光位移傳感器進行繫統測試。測試結果錶明,供彈機構的動態特性明顯,對供彈機構可靠性的進一步提高及結構的改進提供瞭參攷。

In order to improve the reliability of each motion component of a feed mechanism, a linkness feed mechanism is modeled and studied. Established kinematics and dynamics equations of the linkness feed mechanism through the ADAMS software, the simulation analysis of multiple shells and closed bomb chain movement handover is done by taking the simulation curves of 2 bullets as an example, we get the displacement, acceleration and other parameters of projectile curve, and the system is tested by laser displacement sensor. Test results show that the dynamic characteristic of feed mechanism is obvious, and provides reference to further improve the reliability and the improved structure of the feeding mechanism.
